A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away Stephen & Ashley got married! If you know me, you know I am a huge Star Wars buff, so photographing Stephen and Ashley's big day was a huge honor for me. I loved being able to tie in all the little details of Star Wars into such a gorgeous wedding.

Our day started at a private family home in Martinsville, IN. It was a rainy gloomy day, but the location was absolutely gorgeous and situated in the woods on a private lake.

While it continued to rain outside, Stephen and Ashley wanted a private moment together so they chose a first look. Of course we had to keep them as sheltered as possible, but the weather did not dampen their love for each other, or the joy when they first saw each other.

The ceremony was moved indoors and the whole family came together to turn it into a gorgeous room full of warmth and love. Stephen and Ashley chose to have their adorable doggo Turbo as their ring bearer. He did such an amazing job!

We had a few moments of light rain to get some images of this couple before moving on to their reception site!

This group was so much fun! Our party bus was full of fun, music, and laughter which set the mood off right to finish up their photos.

Now, what would a May 4th wedding be without an epic lightsaber battle?

Stephen and Ashley channeled their inner Jedi for this one!

In the end, the battle was won by our lovely couple.

In to the reception we went to cut the cake, and dance the night away.

One last challenge to determine the winner. Who would win the last epic lightsaber battle?

Ashley, of course!!
